My 3 week french bulldog has a massive lump under but behind the ear what could it be. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 23 days old

Without a picture and not being able to feel it, it is difficult to say for sure what this could be. I would suspect that this could be a lymph node based on your description. I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at this to make sure it is not from trauma or anything infectious. I hope this helps!
