Best shampoo & diet for puppy dry skin, dandruff, and itching?

Whats the best conditioner and shampoo i can use for my 3 month old lab??? His skin is so dry and dandruff like particles when i comb him.... he is continuosly scratching and biting himself... any suggestions that i can include in his diet... the shampoo and conditioner that can be available in india or amazon??? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 14 days old | 80 lbs

I would give him fish oil in the diet to improve the coat. I recommend an aloe and oatmeal moisturizing shampoo, and make sure you are using a flea control product as having fleas causing excessive itching will irritate the skin. Also as he’s a puppy please make sure he’s been treated for internal parasites which can cause a poor hair coat. To control the itching you can use Benadryl.
