Why does my cat pant, drool, and lie down for 30-min episodes?

My cat has episodes where he lays & pants & drools. Usually lasts about 30 mins then he seems to come out of it. Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered | 2 years and 7 months old | 14.33 lbs

This sounds concerning! It’s possible that Hunter is having focal seizures. Panting can also be a sign of respiratory distress in cats and could be related to cardiac or pulmonary disease. I would recommend having him examined by a veterinarian soon. You may want to video an episode to show the vet if he typically is normal in between episodes.
