My chihuahua puppy is having seizures and won't wake up. What to do?

Hey so i have this puppy teacup chihuahua, she's about 8 months old... the problem is that she wont eat, she wont drink any water and she just had multiple seizures around five or six with in one hour. And after she has her seizures she wont wake up. Her skin also gets cold and she starts to foam. i have not given her any shots yet because we just moved into a new city. I was wondering what she has.

What you are describing sounds like a medical emergency. I would recommend taking Pinky to a veterinarian immediately. Young small dogs can have problems with their liver or blood sugar that can cause seizures. They will continue to get worse without immediately medical attention.
