Is it normal for an unspayed cat in heat to scream and run a lot?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 2.5 lbs

my cat is up with heat, she is not spayed, but screaming and running around alot.

That is a normal behaviour I am afraid and there is not much you can do about it until heat is over. Spay surgery will resolve the problem definitively.
