Biotin is a water soluble B vitamin, so anything that the body does not need should be passed in the urine. We see some diarrhea with very high levels of Vitamin C which can cause blood in the stools if it continues, but Vitamin B should not cause any problems with the GI tract. So, I would recommend consulting with your veterinarian about Merrill's blood stools to see if you can figure out what is causing them and how to treat them. Good luck! I hope that was helpful.
