Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is find to use the Lyme Sulfur dip even if there are scratches on the skin. Lyme sulfur dip is very drying and may cause skin irritation. Adding Humilac by Virbac or Douxo Seborrhea can help that. I hope this helps!
