Sneezing is a sign of an upper respiratory infection i rats, the vast majority of rats carry the disease and many of them will develop symptoms at some point in their life. i would recommend calling the Petco store you bought her from, they should be taking care of the treatment and the treatment cost as well, she will need a course of antibiotics in order to get better.

I’m so sorry your new rats are sick. If they came from a pet store usually they have a health warranty. I would review their policy and call the store. Mycoplasma bacterial infections as well and viral infections are common and unfortunately can become long term problems. Keeping the cage very clean can help as the ammonia from the urine is irritated to the respiratory tract. Also taking them into the bathroom while you shower and humidify them which can be helpful. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
