My puppy has red bumps, hair loss, bleeding. Is it a skin infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 months and 30 days old | 40 lbs

I have a cross breed (German Shepherd & Labrador) 7 month old puppy. He has got some red pimple/bump around his neck and forehead. He also loose some hair from the forehead. The pimple/bump pop automatically and leave blood clot around it and new one came out. As suggested by Vet I am applying Clobetasol Propionate, Ofloxacin, Miconazole Nitrate & Zinc Sulphate skin lotion and Neomec tablet. But haven't seen any difference. Please advice me? I am attaching three photos for reference.

It looks like Bruno has a skin infection. Parasites like mites and fleas can cause irritation of the skin that can lead to bacterial infections. If he has not had skin scrapings performed to look for mites, that would be my recommendation. If there are no mites, and he has been treated for fleas, then perhaps the topical medications he is on are not enough, and he needs an oral antibiotic to control the infection. I hope this helps.
