I would get her in to see your vet. Since the snoring and breathing noise is a recent development, it could mean she has a tumor or polyp somewhere in her upper respiratory tract that is causing the problem. Catching it early is the best for a good outcome.

She could have a respiratory infection. Since she is wheezing and breathing loudly, she should be examined by a veterinarian to determine the exact cause and best treatment. Your vet may need to take an x-ray to evaluate her lungs to make sure she doesn't have pneumonia and then prescribe medications to help treat her problem. She may need an antibiotic, bronchodilator, anti-inflammatory, or other medications. Hope she feels better soon!

Hi, and thanks for your question. This sign could be compatible with an upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection or possibly to a rhinitis (inflammatory, allergic, infective). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
