Why does my 6-month-old puppy have small red and white body lumps?

Hello my name is Brandie. I have a almost 6 month old puppy who has developed small red and white hard small lumps on body and would like to know what it could be. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 19 days old

Hi Brandie. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Neko is very handsome :) I suggest you take him to your vet for an exam. This looks like a bacterial skin infection (folliculitis) that will likely require antibiotic therapy. Another possibility is mange mites which would require a different treatment.
