Why is my dog coughing, not eating, and wheezing when breathing?

Light cough, not eating much or water, whisking sound when breathing. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 15 lbs

I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. She will likely need to be on a course of an antibiotic to help fight the infection. I would also recommend having chest x-rays taken to assess her lungs. I hope this helps!
