My Dalmatian puppy is aggressive & has bad breath. Is he deaf?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 28 days old

Hello. I got a new Dalmatian puppy home yesterday. He's turning two months this 8th of February. I have two concerns regarding him. First, he's a little aggressive compared to other puppies. He refuses to listen or be put under any command. Even cuddling is something he growls towards and it's weird since puppies like cuddling. He also has sudden mood changes. Secondly, he has a bad breath. Can you suggest me any dental paste safe for dogs? And anything I can do to improve his temper issues?

His temper may be due to deafness. Deafness is very common in this breed. Are you sure he can hear appropriately? The best thing for the breath is to brush the teeth. You must use toothpaste made for pets or a human children's toothpaste that does not contain flouride (if dog's swallow flouride toothpaste it can make them very sick). I suggest you try to get his hearing checked by your veterinarian.
