Hello and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern! I like the Lord of the Rings reference with Legolas's name, I am a big fan and can say that this is the first Legolas dog that I have heard of. I like it! It may take more than 2 days to see any changes with the area. If it is worsening, I would certainly contact the veterinarian and let them know as something else may need to be prescribed. The products I like to use are listed below and can be found online quite easily. I hope these help! If the symptoms persist and the rash does not go away, you may need to consider switching the dog food to see if this is a food allergy. If Legolas has been lying in the grass, this could be a grass allergy and I would recommend bathing him after he has been playing in the grass each time. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further. 1. Douxo PS Calm shampoo and bathe twice weekly or whenever he comes in contact with grass 2. Malacetic conditioning spray and apply to the area 2-3 times per day until resolved 3. Welactin omega 3 fish oil capsules 4. Essential 6 spot on by Dermoscent
