My dog has a bump on her paw that keeps getting scraped. What to do?

My dog has a big bump on her foot. It’s been getting scraped up when she plays. What can we do to help?

Hi there. This looks like a histiocytoma. If it is, it should regress (go away on it's own) within a month or two. I would not be overly worried about this right now. There is nothing you can do about it right now. If you want to put a boot on her to protect it when she is outside playing you can do that. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
