Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Male | neutered | 19 lbs
Hi, my dog is a 6 month old shiba inu. He knows he has to pee and poop when taken outside and he is on a schedule. But the problem is that he sometimes pees on the carpet in my room and on the carpets in the living room even after he has peed already. He has been recently neutered and his wound is ok now. Is he really not housebroken?

It's very common for a 6-month-old puppy to still be having accidents sometimes - remember, Yoshi is still just a baby! I would recommend taking him out more frequently to help prevent this, and keeping a close eye on him (and/or keeping him out of rooms with carpet) when he's inside. Once he's successfully gone at least two weeks with no accidents at all, you can gradually begin to give him more freedom in the house and extend the amount of time between potty breaks.
