Why is my dog tender on his side, sneezing, and agitated after a walk?

My Jack Russell is very tender on his right side. He was sneezing a lot on his walk earlier and is not right since. He is very agitated. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered

It is difficult to say for sure what the problem could be since I don't know if the right side means on his face, chest or abdomen. If he is tender on the right side of his face and sneezing, he could have something lodged in his sinus or a tumor that has been growing that has caused discomfort. If the right side of his body is painful, this could be due to trauma or something exerting pressure from the inside causing discomfort. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine him so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction!
