Can I pop a bump on my Pomeranian's back? Use peroxide/Neosporin?

Is it safe to pop small bump on my dogs back. She's a 10 lb Pomeranian. Also can I use peroxide and / or Neosporin on it? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | 10 lbs

Yes you can gently squeeze it to see if there is puss or sebum in it. It nothing comes out just leave it alone. You can use peroxide and neosporin on it.
