My dog has red, swollen, pimply wounds on his legs. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male

There is a dog he is suffering from a infection and his infection is on his legs.First his legs swell and become red and then they become pimpelled with red pimples which later take a form of wound.

Kallu unfortunately needs a veterinarian. He most likely needs antibiotics but he may need a biopsy depending on exactly what the physical examination looks like in person. I highly recommend taking him to a veterinarian. I would also recommend putting an elizabethan collar on him until you can get him to one so he doesn't lick at the wounds and make them worse.
