My dog was bitten at the park. Should I take her to emergency vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 30 days old | 30 lbs

Hi, our 7th-month-old husky was bitten at the dog park. Do you think we should take her to the emergency vet? Above the eye and cheek are the worst. And she has 3 punctures on her neck.

Oh, poor Ellie. Yes, I do think she should be seen by an emergency veterinarian. Most bite wounds will get infected, so much better to prevent it then having her get sick. Also, I am solute that she wound be much more comfortable with some pain medications. Speaking from experience, bite wounds hurt and even more so the day after! Best of luck and I hope she improves soon. Thank you for using Pet Coach.
