Why is my 9-week-old Cavapoo puppy panting heavily while sleeping?

My puppy is only 9 weeks old. She is a Cavapoo (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Poodle). She pants & breaths heavily a lot, especially when sleeping. What could be the possible reason? She’s been dewormed, had her first 2 puppy shots & is on heartworm prevention. I’ve had many other dogs & puppies & have never had one do this. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 2 months and 6 days old | 4.6 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Jubilee is adorable! I find that puppies, especially when sleeping, breath heavier and faster. If she is anxious or nervous then that could be why she pants while awake. If this is a sudden development or she also isn't feeling well then she should be evaluated by a Vet. If she acting healthy then I think this is normal for her. I hope this helps and I wish Jubilee the best!
