There is no special qualification for a rabbit savvy vet, you just need to try and look for a veterinary clinic that treats rabbits, often you can find this service in exotic veterinary practices. male rabbit neutering is very simple and can be done by most vets, spaying of females is a little more complex and i would recommend having it done by a vet who is experienced in rabbit surgery.
