My adopted puppy won't eat food, only treats. Is this normal?

My family just adopted a new puppy from the shelter. She’s about 6 months, and she doesn’t want to eat her food. We’ve tried giving her dry food, wet food, and a mix of both, and she still won’t eat. She’ll eat her treats, but not her food. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 lbs

Just give her some time and stop giving her treats, she will eventually start eating her dry/wet food when she is hungry enough. in the first few days in a new house it is not uncommon for a dog to stop eating or to eat very little.
