My dog licked salt from pretzels. What should I do if she ate it?

My 20 pound dog licked my plate with some salt from pretzels on it. Is she in danger?

Hello, and thank you for your question. Licking a bit of salt from pretzels should not be dangerous for Goldie. The worst I might expect would be a bit of diarrhea, since Goldie is not used to eating this food. If you do notice some soft stool, you can try feeding small, frequent meals of a bland diet such as boiled chicken and rice for a day or two until her stools returns back to normal.
