My puppy fell and is now very sleepy. Is she injured or concussed?

My puppy climbed up on my shoulder and fell off, I couldn’t catch her in time and she hit the ground quite hard. She looked hurt and rattled. She seems ok and nothing is tender to touch. But now she is sleepy! I tried putting the light in her eyes to check for pupil dialation but her eyes are too dark so I can’t tell. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | 4 months and 14 days old | 2 lbs

Poor Sophie. I would monitor her and if she continue to be sleepy I would have her checked by your vet. Try to offer her a bit of food or her favorite toy and observe her reaction, check if she has balance, if she has appetite, if her attention level is the same compared to other days.
