My 6-month-old puppy gags like vomiting. Is it reverse sneezing?

Hi my dog is 6 months old and he’s trying to gag like if he wants to vomit. But He acts perfectly normal and acts like nothing is wrong and plus normally. These gagging noises come out of nowhere, I just don’t understand what to do? And what’s causing them? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 29 days old

Google “reverse sneezing in dogs” and make sure this isn’t what your seeing. If it is, good news! It’s almost always nothing to worry about and we do nothing about it. (If it’s coming with nasal or eye discharge, body itching, etc. see the vet to make sure its nothing more serious.)
