Why is my 3-week husky puppy's pee yellow & smelly, and poop green?

Hi My husky puppy is only 3 weeks old and am bottle feeding her at the minute. I’ve had her a week now and is feeding really well, she’s grown and put on weight and is walking like a normal puppy should be and quite playful at times. I’m just a bit concerned that her wee is a bright yellow and smells quite bad and her poo is a greeny yellow colour. She also churns her stomach and heaves during a feed up. But sleeps quite and is breathing normally. Is there anything to be worried about? Thanks

At three weeks she can be fed semi-solid food (such as royal canin starter food or baby rice and puppy milk replacer). She should also be dewormed if she has not been done so far as intestinal worms could be contributing to her symptoms
