Dog throwing up, peeing, twitching, and can't balance. What's wrong?

my dog just threw up and peed inside which isnt normal. she acts as if she is on an acid trip and cant balance her self or as if she is asleep in a bad dream and she also twitches violently when she goes back to bed or whatever. whats wrong. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | spayed | 4 years old | 250 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Kimber! It sounds like Kimber ate something toxic. Her symptoms sound very suspicious for Marijuana toxicity. Since she is acting neurologic she should be seen by a Vet right away. We treat marijuana toxicity all the time in the emergency room. If she could have had access to that or any other drugs just be honest with the Vet. They are there to help and it will allow for the best treatment for Kimber!
