Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Gremlin evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They may choose to check for parasites and to start medications for diarrhea depending on the results. The decreased appetite is also concerning and could be caused by what is driving the diarrhea. Good luck! Hoping for a speedy recovery!

I'm hate to hear that Gremlin is not feeling well. If you have had him on a bland diet for 2 days and he is not responding, I think you need to take him in to see the veterinarian. There are many causes of prolonged diarrhea-parasites, bacteria, organ disease, intestinal blockage. You can try Forte Flora as its not going to hurt him but it may also not really help him either. The doctor will recommend some diagnostics and will prescribe some medications to settle his stomach and stop the diarrhea. I hope he starts feeling better soon!
