My dog has gastritis, diarrhea, and won't eat. What can I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 44 lbs

Gremlin has gastritis. We feed chicken boiled and barley. Two days ago did 5 diarrheas. One normal and today thick. I hate Metronzide. What else can I do. Does not want to eat

Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Gremlin evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They may choose to check for parasites and to start medications for diarrhea depending on the results. The decreased appetite is also concerning and could be caused by what is driving the diarrhea.
