What's the best way to clean my dog's teeth and remove stuck food?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 3 years and 3 months old

What can I use to clean my dogs teeth? I usually give them dog treats that clean there teeth.but I noticed now that they get food stuck on there teeth its not alot but it's never happened before, any tips or advice? Thank you!!

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I would recommend using CET enzymatic toothpaste, which you can find online or at your local pet store. I would recommend buying a rubber bristled finger brush to apply the toothpaste to the teeth. You can also try Oravet chews, which contain Delmopinol, an ingredient used to slow or prevent the formation of plaque. Oravet is typically only available at the vet clinic so you would have to go to a clinic to buy these chews. I hope this helps!
