My dog has his yearly booster this afternoon, straight after having it he was fine but now he won’t put his back leg down (where they put the injection) and is very tired is this right or should I take him to the emergency vets?

Poor Bear! It's normal for dogs to have some soreness and be more tired than normal for a day or two after getting vaccines - just like human kids. These symptoms are very common, and usually resolve on their own within a few days. Signs of a more serious vaccine reaction would include hives, facial swelling, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or collapse. If he develops any of these symptoms, then I would definitely take him to an emergency vet right away to be seen.
