Parvo question/concern A new friend came over to visit and while we were talking about dogs she told me that they just had a puppy not too long ago that ended up having parvo (it didn't end well).. she told me this after being in my home and handling my puppy Should I be concerned about my puppy getting parvo from this friend coming over? Should we avoid going over to there house? (I know they did not clean/disinfect properly after it) He has had his first and second round of vaccine already.

I would NOT take your puppy to their house as parvo survives for a long time in the environment. Them handling your puppy is less of a risk, especially if it had been a little time since they last handled the sick puppy, presumably they had bathed and washed their clothes since then. Since your puppy has had his first vaccination he should be protected, but I would make sure that he stays on schedule with his vaccinations until he receives the full series.
