Dog had swollen lymph nodes, now fever after car ride. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 10 months old | 30 lbs

When I went to vet , he told that hero's lymph has been swellon and difficult in walking when he gets up in morning but fine after sometime. He gave antibiotics and painkillers and hero's condition progressed means now his swelling decreased after 3 days of medication his fever came 103.6 °C AND at home it was normal. Actually hero is very uncomfortable with car and we were stuck in traffic for 1 hours so his temp increased within car as I was holding.his blood test r normal and he's playing ..

I’m glad to hear that he is improving on the medication. I would absolutely continue the prescribed medication and also schedule a follow up appointment with your veterinarian soon.
