hello I gave my little dog 2 aleve with benadryl and yesterday she was vomiting and today she had diarrhea. I don't think she feels bad because she is playing with my other dog but i read that aleve could be dangerous and now im scared. should i do something. I gave her the first aleve on friday, i split into to part and did the same with the benadryl and then on saturday i did the same. Aleve (naproxen) is definitely concerning and has a small margin of safety in dogs.
