Hi. My cat has these lumps on his lips and his eyes leak a lot ? What does this mean. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | neutered | 12 years and 6 months old | 30 lbs

It appears that Miter may have some chin acne. This is common in cats and can usually be resolved with topical treatment. See your veterinarian for an exam, confirmation and treatment. While at the clinic, have the vet examine Miter's eyes to diagnose infection, inflammation, injury, obstructed tear ducts or fine eyelashes rubbing against the cornea.
