My French Bulldog puppies eat poop. Is a vibration collar okay?

I have 2 10 week old french bulldogs. they are wanting to eat my older dogs poop. They are on high protein premium dog food. I added pineapple to my older dogs food. no luck. Is it ok to use an e collar (vibrate or sound only) to correct? In trying to correct them I am making my older dog think he is in trouble because they stand by him and wait. they also do not have any health issues, they have been checked. we have had them 3 weeks. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 23 days old | 9.5 lbs

Yes, I think a noise correction or vibration would be appropriate. Also, not allowing the puppies out with the older dog and picking up after him before you let them put may also be helpful. Best of luck breaking this habit- it is certainly a challenging one!
