My dog's swollen lymph nodes and fever are improving. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 10 months old | 30 lbs

When I went to vet , he told that hero's lymph has been swellon and difficult in walking when he gets up in morning but fine after sometime. He gave antibiotics and painkillers and hero's condition progressed means now his swelling decreased after 3 days of medication his fever came 103.6 °C AND at home it was normal. Actually hero is very uncomfortable with car and we were stuck in traffic for 1 hours so his temp increased within car as I was holding.his blood test r normal and he's playing ..

It sounds like Hero is starting to feel better based on your information. Swollen lymph nodes can be secondary to infection, inflammation or local disease. It is possible the antibiotics has helped the lymph nodes go back to normal size. Unfortunately with out additional testing like X-rays or aspirates of the lymph nodes it is hard to give you additional direction. I would recommend following up with your vet to make sure Hero makes a speedy recovery. I hope that helps
