I have a domestic cat as a pet . Yesterday my cat encountered a fight with our neighbor's dog. Today I notice my cat often vomits a white liquid and has a painful abdomen . Also he cannot pee and has trouble in his bowel movement. He has something hard inside his stomach. Please help me. what should I do. I visit a vet nearby but decline to make an action or any prescription.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Cat fights can be dangerous because often times it can result in serious injuries and most of the time what you see on the outside is just the tip of the iceberg and there is more going on internally. I would encourage you to try perhaps to have him evaluated by another veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. He is likely going to need evaluation to see the extent of his injuries and to check for something that could explain his vomiting. They would be able to check for these possibilities and treat him accordingly. I am very concerned about his painful abdomen and vomiting so I would recommend you try to seek veterinary help as soon as possible. Good luck!
