My small turtle won't eat anything. What should I do? He also has injured hind legs , thus they are not working . He only use front legs and he is floating. Is he dying ?

Hi and thank you for your question, The bottom line is that he needs to be checked by a vet. The hind legs may be paralyzed due to a spinal injury.
