My kitten is lethargic, not eating, and not using litter box. Worried.

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 3 months and 12 days old | 12 lbs

My kitten has been sleeping more than normal today. Not really eating his food or drinking much. And hasn’t gone to the restroom since this morning. His ears and paws aren’t warm. His nose goes between wet and cold to warm and dry. His gums are pink. He just isn’t being very playful and I’m worried.

I'm sorry Blue isn't doing well at the moment! I wouldn't worry about his nose going from wet and cold to warm and dry. This isn't a sign of illness in cats, as their nose can change like this just by lying next to a heat source or in the sun. It could be he's simply not feeling well, but I wouldn't rush him into a vet just yet. Try to tempt him to eat by offering him some boiled white meat chicken (no bones), or by offering him some gently warmed canned food. Should he refuse to eat this and is still acting the same way in the morning, take him into the vet for a health check. Good luck, I hope this helps!
