Why is my African Grey vomiting seeds after stopping antibiotics?

Hi Help me please. My african grey is vomiting the seeds he's eating. Gave hime antibiotic for 5 days. He got better then started vomiting again since we stopped the antibiotic. Vets in my country are not used to treating parrots Thank you. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

Hi and thank you for your question, Vomiting/regurgitation in a parrot is potentially serious. There are many potential causes - lead/zinc poisoning, infections (bacterial, viral, fungal) etc. etc. You really have to try and find an avian vet for this. A good place to start (for the vet) would be to get Xray images and see if Nano has ingested any foreign objects and/or has a very dilated stomach. Regards
