Why is my African Grey vomiting seeds after stopping antibiotics?

Hi Help me please. My african grey is vomiting the seeds he's eating. Gave hime antibiotic for 5 days. He got better then started vomiting again since we stopped the antibiotic. Vets in my country are not used to treating parrots Thank you

Hi and thank you for your question, Vomiting/regurgitation in a parrot is potentially serious. There are many potential causes - lead/zinc poisoning, infections (bacterial, viral, fungal) etc. etc. You really have to try and find an avian vet for this. A good place to start (for the vet) would be to get Xray images and see if Nano has ingested any foreign objects and/or has a very dilated stomach. Regards
