My senior dog is lethargic, won't eat, has pale gums. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | neutered | 12 years and 8 months old

13 year old beagle is dying I think. He has all of the sudden super lethargic, can’t walk, gums are pale, and will not eat. He doesn’t seem to be in pain, just wants to sleep.

I'm so sorry to hear Samson is so sick! I'd recommend taking him to see a veterinarian right away so they can help you decide if he is suffering. All of the signs you've described make me concerned for blood loss, organ failure, or cancer so I think it's very important Samson see a veterinarian.
