Why does my 3-month-old Labrador have a pimple-like bump on his ear?

I have a labrador 3 month and it has some sort of extra skinn like pimple type on back of his ear. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 2 months and 23 days old

It is hard to know for sure without being able to see it though I think you may be referring to a focal infection or perhaps a hematoma. I recommend that you have Tison evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to see if they agree with that possible diagnosis and treat him accordingly.
