My bulldog's neck is swollen with sores popping up. What's wrong?

Swollen area under my bulldogs neck and she has little sores popping up. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Female | spayed | 7 years and 3 months old | 47 lbs

There was no specific information about where the little sores are popping up but if there is swelling around Lulu’s face/neck and there are bumps popping up all over her skin (especially if there were none 24 hours ago) I STRONGLY encourage you to seek an emergency vet as this could be a serious allergic reaction. If they are scabby or have been popping up over days or weeks, it may be more along the line of a skin infection (bully breeds are notorious for allergies and skin infections). Either way, a trip to the vet is in order for LuLu.
