Puppy not drinking water after homemade diet switch, is it normal?

I have a 4 month old pup and I just switched his diet to a homemade one with cooked meat but raw veg and fruit. Ever since the switch he won’t really drink water but he is still a happy pup. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 20 days old | 2 lbs

Your food has more natural water so his consumption will decrease. Cooked meat and fruit have a higher water content than dry food so he is picking up the extra there. As long as he is growing and playful I would not worry. I would look into adding a starch such as rice and potatoes though
