My sister chihuahua's are swollen and watery. She's not eating much and she's gotten sick. She really can't afford to take her to the vet is there something she can do at home

Poor Calypso. You didn't specify but I am assuming it is her eyes that are swollen and watery? You could try to give her beandryl twice a day. See link below. I would also try feeding her some plain boneless, skinless chicken breast and white rice to entice her to eat. You can add some chicken broth to it to help increase her water intake as well. If she isn't improving and still refusing to eat, I would recommend to see a vet. I worry if she goes too long without treatment that she may become really dehydrated. The vet will do their best to address your concerns while fitting your needs. I would just be sure to ask for an estimate before any treatment is done. I hope this helps! https://www.petcoach.co/canigive/dog/benadryl/#!
