My brother beat my dog toto pretty badly my little brother got a teacup Yorkie a few days ago he left it alone with toto and when he came back the puppy was covered in blood and it’s eyeball was hanging out my brother got so angry so pick up toto by the scruff of the neck and started bashing him against a wall the puppy had to have its eye removed my sister told me when I got home he’s eating drinking acting normal exept he’s a little scared does he need to go the vet

If he is eating and drinking and walking fine and alert then he likely is scared and shaken from that experience. You can continue to monitor him for any changes and get him seen if something is different
