Normally I take Tucker for a 10-30 min morning walk and he poops between 1-3 times in these walks. This morning we took a much longer, hour+ walk and he pooped 3 times normally but then towards the end of the walk he had completely watery diarrhea 3 times too. He seemed like he was pushing it out. He poop does get more liquid the more exercise he gets but never like this. Is exercise induced diarrhea a thing? He’s eating/drinking/acting normally otherwise.

It is not uncommon for dogs to try to go more frequently during long walks and is likely related to a territory marking instinct. As long as this does not persist to cover every bowel movement or any increasing frequency at home I wold continue to monitor for any additional signs or weight loss. Consider adding a probiotic/fiber supplement such as fortiflora as a natural gut conditioner if stool quality is generally soft

Yes, some soft/fluid stools after defecation is quite normal, especially if they have been on a long walk. Monitor closely to be sure it is not the start of diarrhoea but I would expect it to return to normal at next walk
