I have a 12 year old Female Puggle that has Addison’s disease and thyroid disease that are being treated by our vet for the last 4 years. She’s been shedding terrible this last month and tonight I noticed her urine was a bit pink. She’s acting fine.

The pink urine is probably related to a urinary tract infection/inflammation and should ideally checked as soon as possible (urine analysis and culture to give specific treatment). Shedding could be a systemic sign, secondary and vague sign of illness. I would strongly recommend a check up at your local veterinary practice to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
