My dog threw up, is shaking, coughing, and gagging. What should I do?

Hi! My little dog graham has been acting sick all day. He threw up first thing this morning and he has been shaking, sleeping, coughing, and gagging ever since. I just want to make sure that he is ok. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 5 years old | 13 lbs

If Graham is still gagging and not acting his normal self, then I recommend taking him to a veterinarian. He may have just an upset stomach, he may have pancreatitis or he could have a foreign body.
